If you want to eat first food , you can eat a Hanberger of Macdonald.Don't eat Teriyaki Barger!But, unfortunatelly, I love this one. Any way, you should eat vegetables to get dietary fiber! It makes your body easy to diet! Especially, you should eat a burdock(Gobou) or yogurt with bananas. It's best and let's eat!
